- Agency requires Developer Billing.
- Creator Billing Agency is not an available tier.
- Agency is the only path past Scale workspace counts.
What to check
- OpenRouter and ElevenLabs keys must be configured and healthy.
- Provider usage will be billed directly by those providers.
