- A paid project consumes quota when it is admitted/created.
- Longform project quota is separate from companion shorts per longform.
Does not count again
- Re-renders do not consume another monthly video slot.
- Downloads and YouTube upload attempts do not consume another monthly video slot.
- Failed render or upload actions are separate from project admission quota.
