Contacting Support

What to include so support can diagnose quickly.

Include this

  • Email help@m.topictovideo.com.
  • Project ID and workspace/channel name.
  • Current project status and the action you were trying to take.
  • Exact error text, a screenshot if useful, and the approximate timestamp.
  • For provider issues, include whether you are using Creator Billing or Developer Billing.

For billing or provider issues

  • Include plan, billing mode, invoice if relevant, and whether the issue is OpenRouter, ElevenLabs, Stripe, or YouTube.
  • Do not send raw API keys or passwords.
