How the target length selector influences generated scripts.
Generated-script hints
- Use the selector as an authoring hint when the app writes a script from a topic.
- The labels are Rapid Explainer, Quick Explainer, Standard YouTube Video, Deep Dive, Extended Breakdown, and Documentary Style.
- Free previews can choose Longform or Shorts, but both are limited to a one-minute target until upgrade.
- These are pre-approval planning hints, not exact runtime guarantees; if best effort still lands over target, script approval shows a warning and remains approvable.
Important exceptions
- Custom scripts ignore the selector and use Any.
- Uploaded narration is admitted by actual audio duration; free previews accept one minute in either format.
- Available choices can vary by account state and project type.
