What happens after hitting monthly quota.
Expected behavior
- New paid project creation can be blocked once quota is exhausted.
- Existing preview, render, download, and publish surfaces may remain available if the plan permits them.
Options
- Wait for quota reset.
- Change plans if higher monthly capacity is needed.
