Editing a Preview
How to use Studio after a preview is ready.
What can be edited
- Review visual scenes, captions, audio sections, and thumbnails.
- Use AI edits for generated images and the thumbnail editor for thumbnail regeneration.
- Open Edit script and voice over to select wording linked to an audio segment. Edit it directly, ask chat for a rewrite, or re-voice an unchanged segment.
- Select a passage and Shift-click another to extend the selection. Your selection stays fixed while you type. Older previews may need Prepare transcript first.
- Use caption and thumbnail replacement controls when you need manual overrides.
After editing
- Downstream assets may become stale.
- Render again after edits to get the latest video files.
