Subscription Status and Trials
How to explain active, trialing, cancelled, or lapsed subscriptions.
Statuses
- Active and trialing subscription statuses are treated as active for access checks.
- Do not claim a fixed trial duration unless it is confirmed in Stripe configuration outside this codebase.
Lapsed access
- A lapsed subscription can block workspace or paid output access.
- Billing is the recovery surface.
