Workspace Access Blocked
How lapsed subscriptions or workspace access state can block actions.
Why it happens
- A subscription lapse, downgrade, or blocked workspace state can stop project actions.
- Billing is the control surface for restoring access or choosing active workspaces.
- Paygo projects remain available from Billing → Open your retained Paygo projects, even in an inactive workspace. This does not unlock the workspace for new projects.
What to do
- Open Billing and review plan or workspace access state.
- If the app redirects to workspace repair, use the repair flow before retrying project actions.
