Why it happens
- A subscription lapse, downgrade, or over-limit workspace state can block project actions.
- Billing is the control surface for restoring access or choosing active workspaces.
What to do
- Open Billing and review plan/workspace state.
- If the app redirects to workspace repair, use the repair flow before retrying project actions.
